JET Cleaning Services – Client Privacy Notice
New data protection legislation came into force during May 2018, which aims to protect the privacy of all EU citizens and prevent data breaches. It will apply to any public or private organisation processing personal data.
Established key principles of data privacy will remain relevant in the new Data Protection Legislation but there are also a number of changes that will affect commercial arrangements, both new and existing, with clients.
The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) specify that any processing of personal data, by a Processor, should be governed by a contract with certain provisions included.
JET Cleaning Services is aware of its obligation under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and will ensure that any client data shared with us will only be used for the purposes of:
- The agreed service arrangements made with you.
- Invoicing related to those services
- To inform employees of JET Cleaning Services the details of the services to be provided to you
If you would like to know more about the changes, the Information Commissioner’s Office is a useful source of information on the new regulations (ICO Information on GDPR)https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-data-protection/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/.
JET Cleaning Services will be happy to answer any questions you may have on the use
